Terms of service
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Realtime Comms Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"), for your use of slideshow.now. By creating an account you accept them.
What the service does
slideshow.now turns a link, a note or an idea into a social media slideshow, and can narrate it as a video. It uses automated systems, including AI models operated by third parties, and it looks at public social posts to learn what formats perform.
Your account
You need a working email address and must be at least 18. Keep access to your inbox secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
Balance and payment
- Slideshows and videos are pay as you go from a balance you top up. Regional account plans are monthly subscriptions you can cancel at any time; the account itself remains yours.
- New accounts receive a free starting balance. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
- You buy balance in packs. The price of each action is shown before you run it, and your balance never expires.
- You are charged for work that completes. If something fails, the hold is released and you keep your balance.
- Prices can change as our own costs change. A change never affects balance you have already bought.
Your right to cancel
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. By buying balance and using it you ask us to begin supplying immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once you start spending it. Unspent balance can be refunded within 14 days of purchase: email us and we will return it to the card you paid with. Nothing here affects your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
What you may not do
- Impersonate a person or organisation, or pass off generated work as theirs.
- Create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual involving minors, or intended to deceive.
- Copy a reference post's words or artwork verbatim rather than creating your own version of its format.
- Resell, scrape or bulk automate the service, or work around your balance.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and refund any unspent balance.
Who owns what
You own the slideshows and videos you create and may use them commercially, including on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. We own the service itself, its software, designs and research. We may show work made with the service as an example unless you ask us not to.
Your responsibility for what you publish
Generated content can be wrong. It can state a fact that is out of date, produce a likeness of a real person, or resemble a brand. You are responsible for checking anything before you publish it, for holding any rights you need, and for following the rules of the platform you post to. If you ask the service to depict a real person, a team or a brand, satisfying yourself that you may do so is your responsibility, not ours.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw features. If we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice and refund unspent balance.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost audience, lost content or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or £100.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end it if you break these terms. Unspent balance is refundable on request when we close an account, unless it was closed for abuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law.
